We are experienced coaches and facilitators who work with both individuals and teams. Combined, we have over 30 years of experience across multiple industries.
Space for Spark emerged from our own unfulfillment and frustration; feeling stuck in a system that continues to incentivize productivity, individualism, and the grind. But here and there, we'd find ways to shape moments with others that were reflective, explorative, creative, collaborative, and innovative. We started to ask ourselves, "How can we have more of these moments? How can we create more spaces for spark?"
Our goal is to provide individuals with the tools and confidence to not only succeed in their careers, but help us shape the future of work.

Mother of two, aspirational moonwalker, shameless abuser of metaphors.
Before landing in product leadership, I worked in nonprofits and advertising (yes, I managed the Budweiser account on Guam—ask me about those stories). I've worked across the product spectrum from Auth0 (now Okta) to Backcountry.com, and even bootstrapped my own startup. Currently, I'm the Director of Product Operations at Commerce Architects.
I'm passionate about helping people discover where their strengths shine and building environments where they feel confident enough to do their best work.
Based in Ipswich, MA, always up for jamming with folks who geek out on leadership development and the power of groups.

My background spans agile coaching, leadership development, operational excellence, and yogurt making. I enjoy working at both the individual and systems levels and strive to create environments where thoughtful collaboration thrives and meaningful progress happens.
I hold a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from ACT Leadership in partnership with Brown University.
